Schedules for 24h and 24h Qualifiers published

• Extensive programme and simplified procedures at the 24h Nürburgring in June

• Double the fun: Two four-hour races at the 24h Qualifiers

• Organisers create planning security for drivers and visitors at an early stage

Before the turn of the year, the organisers of the ADAC RAVENOL 24h Nürburgring published the schedule for the major event from 19th to 22nd June 2025. This means that everyone involved - drivers, fans and, of course, the organisers themselves - can start planning for the coming year well in advance. The programme remains as extensive as ever and once again offers everything that stands for exciting motorsport on the legendary Nordschleife, from historic sport to the high-tech cars on the 24h grid. The schedule for the ADAC 24h Nürburgring Qualifiers from 24 - 25 May 2025 was also published at the same time. The prologue weekend for the season highlight at the 24h four weeks later will also be part of the NLS (Nürburgring Langstrecken series) next year, so that numerous attractive entries and exciting sport are also guaranteed for the two four-hour races. The timetables and tickets are now available online at

The biggest change in the programme of the legendary 24h awaits spectators during the practice days on Thursday and Friday. As usual, the programme on Thursday will be dominated by the two 24h qualifying sessions, which together will take up more than five hours. In the evening battle for the best lap times, however, the first 15 minutes will belong exclusively to the SP9 participants - i.e. the GT3 cars. After that, the is track open to all participants for the atmospheric night qualifying and remains so until 23:30. Traditionally, this is the first atmospheric highlight of the event weekend.

The background to the change in detail is explained by the Friday programme: Top qualifying is already scheduled for midday, with the fastest participants battling for pole position in the individual time trials. Those responsible for the regulations are currently working on a new, simplified mode for this part of qualifying, which should be finalised by the time the regulations are published in January. A procedure is planned that will create additional transparency and thus increase the sporting tension. The third qualifying session will then follow on Friday afternoon, where the focus will be on the participants fighting for the grid positions behind the fastest cars in the field. For them, the new qualifying mode will bring increased attention.

Key points for an attractive supporting programme are set

It's not just the 24h sessions that will not be boring on the track at the season highlight, the supporting programme, the sporting part of which has now also been fixed. Of course, the ADAC 24h-Classic will continue to be the highlight. The huge starting field of youngtimers and Annex K classic cars will provide two and a half hours of excitement on the track on Saturday morning. However, the first races will take place much earlier, on Thursday: after the traditional opening with the RCN (Rundstrecken Challenge Nürburgring) regularity run in the morning, the touring car legends will open the action with their first of a total of three races. The battles between the racing cars from the former DTM, STW and other legendary series are undoubtedly among the crowd favourites on the Grand Prix circuit. The Cup. und Tourenwagen-Trophy will also hold their first race on Thursday. On Friday, both series will then frame the qualifying sessions of the 24h and 24h Classic with further races. Finally, there will be another touring car legends race on Saturday before the ADAC RAVENOL 24h Nürburgring gets underway at 4.00 pm! In addition to the sporting part, many other highlights are also planned for the supporting programme in 2025. After all, programme items such as the Falken Drift Show on Friday evening or the big autograph session with all the teams are just as much a must for numerous visitors as the show interludes during the starting grid or the numerous attractions on the entire event site.

Two NLS races enhance 24h Qualifiers

The ADAC 24h Nürburgring Qualifiers from 23 to 25 May 2025 are not just the prologue for the actual 24h one month later. The two four-hour races on Saturday and Sunday will also count as the fourth and fifth rounds of the Nürburgring Langstrecken Serie (NLS). This increases the sporting value and should ensure a full field of participants. Visitors will also experience more action on the track: the race weekend starts on Friday afternoon with three hours of testing and set-up runs. After qualifying for the first four-hour race late on Saturday afternoon (start: 17:30), the track will belong to the RCN for three and a half hours. After qualifying in the morning, the fastest participating teams will go into the top qualifying and thus into the jump-off for pole position. At 13:00, the starting field will then be sent into the second qualifying race of the weekend - which not only promises NLS points, but also the very last test under competitive conditions before the 24h in June.
